I prefer talking to my friends (mostly ethnic, majority are soyish or have non-NPC personalities, about 3 are NT) one-on-one, and I often found places like house parties, bars, clubs to be overwhelming.
However, I like how friendly and supportive the people are in my workplace, so I don't get too overwhelmed there.
I get uneasy in large crowds, especially large crowds of young, NT people, and prefer to be around very small groups.
I don't think I would have survived if I went on a uni ski trip, or hung around people who take sports very seriously (i.e. in competitive sports) as they're very NT and outgoing. When I looked at people's stories of uni ski trip holidays, or house parties, I felt like I was rotting away because I wasn't there, but at the same time I was happy because I think I would have passed out at such a loud party that I would have just spent my time in a corner talking to a couple of dorks like myself.

That's why I don't post much on social media, and prefer to keep a very low follower count (sub-20). I just talk to people on WhatsApp, Messenger, text, and IRL.

Thank you. In fact I feel very much at ease away from a university environment and growing up now. I don't feel like I'm really missing out on anything when I watch all the young NT people pass me by in my town and when I sometimes go to London, chattering along and having fun, and I'm not even with them. At uni I'd be bombarded with these types.

I didn't move to London for a reason (too expensive, poor standard of living if you're not rich, prompted to waste loads of money on entertainment if you have uni grad friends there that want to live the high life) and I'm glad I didn't. To me it's just another city to visit, and I like living a quiet life away from loud natter and camaraderie.

I do work but we're asked to be masked in my workplace. I also am a glasses wearer, and curtains covers the side of my face.
I'm also asking my dad to help me find a girl because I do not like casual sex or FwBs, and I honestly don't really deem many of the girls I see as LTR material. The ones I want are usually taken.
