I get really upset when I don't figure out something that happened to be really simple

Like something that was in retrospect was really fucking simple and I somehow missed that, for a example I had to ask someone about this card thing I had to replace and turns out the cards have two different things on the front and back and I didn't check the back. When he told me it was on the back of the card my cortisol spiked for like 2 hours man I HATE when I feel retarded. Seriously. Makes me wanna go ER more than anything.
