I get so fucking annoyed when im called a good person by family or family friends

Like my family always thinks of me as the nicest and chillest child (except parents cause they know how fucked i am. My mother loves me much so she still thinks im a good person even after telling all kinds of gruesome thoughts). Also family friends ALWAYS say im such a nice boy and got a very kind aura around me (looks/height halo)

Why? are you annoying or just quiet? personally im just quiet and dont converse alot with people, only when forced.

im quiet and i dont like any of them so i avoid any possible encounter/conversation i can

when i dont manage to avoid it and end up having a convo its extremely short and bland as they expect me to ask them questions which i dont because i dont care
