The new house that I moved into has a large charpai at the terrace. It's like a bed but doesn't have a lot of cushioning. It's made up of woven straw, fabric or jute. Most charpai are too small for me but this one is quite big so I fit in easily

and just for a change I started sleeping there. Just put on mosquito net around and doze off under the open wide sky with a blanket and a pillow and I have been having the best sleep of my life. I immediately sleep within a few minutes and lieing there and wake up at the crack of dawn at 6 am. I like this.

He talks about sleeping in fields under a half cover
I wouldn't sleep in the fields. Too dangerous especially around here. I'd sleep out in the open in an elevated place like the terrace and with a mosquito net

Sounds like a bunch of horse shit to me Jason. I don't want to be out in the damn elements sleeping like that.

That's why people sleep at the terrace and it's not an uncommon practice in curryland tbh.

Breathing fresh air makes you wake up more refreshed

been there tried sleeping outside a couple times. definitely better sleep without the distractions and noise from indoors lol. can get pretty cold though so make sure you got blankets if it gets chilly at night.
