I ghosted my only friends today

I have like 2 friends

One had results day today and was feeling good about his results, he asked me to come out and chill and i straight up ignored

The other called me like 3 times across the day to play PS, ignored that also

Usually i just make excuses but today was a new low, straight up left them on delivered the entire day. I feel like a bad friend and the worst part is i did it to do absolutely nothing. I’ve done nothing but sit on my sofa and rot. Didn’t watch any shows, play videogames or doomscroll, I just straight up rotted.

LDAR is taken more as a meme because of its boosted popularity recently but the truth of it is fucking brutal. Just wasting away, everyday repeating itself, it’s fucking torture. Hoping i can get prescribed or something soon man
