If you have really bad dandruff and acne/sores on your scalp and are just really greasy you might have seb derm which u need ketoconazole to treat

you can try doxycycline instead of accutane

i took it for 5 months and I applied tret at night and benzoyl peroxide at the morning

the first 3 months I looked red all the time but now I dont get pimples (I only have scars some redness left)

I also live in a really humid environment so if it worked for me it might work for you too (weather pill is underrated here)

just apply the creams 1h+ after you wash your face and DONT put your face in your pillow while sleeping

also eat less sugar diet plays a big role
