So anyway I told her about how I started disliking women in general and how looksmaxing is the most imporant thing for me currently but she just doesn't understand that. She is a great person and a great therapist but I doubt any woman can really understand it, or even if they do they 100% won't tell u the truth


She always switches between stories like "looks don't matter" or "you are great looking", but I am actually barely average at best and fucking hate the way I look

I told her how if i really tried and spent days and days convincing myself into believing that looks are not important, that it was just personality this whole time, I could probably believe in that, but only for a very short time because thats just not the truth

You’ve got to be careful with the things you say to your psychologist. Saying things like I dislike women could potentially put you on the watchlist. No doubt she doesn’t understand you and sees you as a mentally unstable borderline ER.

I am aware of that. In fact, the reason my school sent me to her is not so much because i was drunk, because afterall we all were. They sent me because of some remarks that I made while i was drunk. I still don't know who reported me and I don't really care because i think this had to happen to me in order to change some things. However, I don't really see point in going to talk with her if I am VERY limited with things that I can say. If I am going to change some things mentally, I will have to do it alone because I just can't talk about them with her, nor with anyone else really

I'm assuming she is older like in her 30s or 40s back in her school days women were not as hypergamous as today cause no social media sociology etc

So standards weren't sky high and if she's not keeping up with the times why would she she's not young she wouldn't know this

So when she says you don't look that bad she's probably not necessarily lying but failing to take into account today times

At first I was trying to debate her and convince her that I am screwd, but when I realised that at best she can agree (which is unlikely to happen) and at worse she can put me on a watchlist, I stopped. Now I just agree with everything and pretend like I "realised that I was so wrong and that actually girls never were shallow at all, and that I am just not confident enough". She also doesn't believe that I am looksmaxing because I was rejected a few times but rather because of some "childhood source".
