Imao sadly it will heal and you probably gotta redone it after 2 weeks to a 1 month. Also it will be asymmetrical but you are 18 so you can get it done professionally medial epicanthoplasty or cantoplasty
I personally know guys that had done it but they say it hurts like shit and the results weren't really desirable but they didn't got infected thoo it looks like can be semi achievable DIY but still
