There is a phenomenon that people can treat you better even if they know you are frauding looks wise. Simple example would be hair systems.
With surgeries, you actually (usually permanently) change appearance, it's not even really a frauding, unless people are very much into eugenics.

You misunderstood my message, it was semi-poking but what I meant is there is both chance of improvement and both chance of being botched or developing bdd when you thing you need some overgthe top procedures, Ken doll look and so on, and you may actually feel good but people will think your are delusional.

Besides, this isn't 2016. It's almost 2026. BP and looksmaxxing is mainstream now. My social circle actually thinks it's so cool and badass I got these procedures done. They all know who Clav is and that looks and money is the only thing that matters
