I had to get 2 of my upper premolars extracted because of crowding for braces. I also had get get one of my bottom molars extracted because it was cracked from biting on hard sweets in my childhood. I've just had my braces taken off after having them on for just over a year (August 2025) and I have a narrow palate. I was 14 when I had the extractions and I regret it so much. I'm considering getting MARPE in the future but I don't know if it's worth it. Am I cooked?
