Sometimes growing your hair out can give you an illusion of stronger bones making it look more prominent. Cutting it technically strips it away

when i got this chopped ass haircut it barely covered my forehead

and now my hair fully covers my forehead and mu fucking protruding ass ears which makes me look less subhuman
