My nose looks bigger and red from wiping, my skin looks reddish, my lids look droopy and since i can barely leave my bed im unshowered and unshaven. Brutal cold induced descension

During the night i didn’t sleep that well because it was peak sore throat i legit felt like i was being stabbed everytime i swallowed my spit.
Now during the day i managed to fall alseep multiple times, but it was short lived everytime since i kept waking up after like 30 min anytime i managed to fall asleep. I gave up now
