Yeah, it can literally be anything. Maybe even this site. I highly recommend meditation if you don’t practice already. It really does help with focus, mood, and overall well-being.

There is more. Meditation should be a default mode for us
just like "state of Flow", but it isn't
And ABSOLUTELY NO monk or priest I've seen is ANYWHERE close to this
From the way I envision humans should be. They haven't even reached 0.0000001%
Of Human potential.
The reason why so many people are taken of by meditation is because they subconsciously know
Some thing important is missing. This shouldn't be something to "learn"
