I knew a guy who had to take one after he was perscribed Adderall for some reason, don't know the details of why they're given to some people with ADHD/ADD but this seems to be the most common answer on the forum

There's a small group of people who've said they took test when they were kids and I've never seen anyone state that they had a required mental eva for a job

Weirdly the "just cause" group really doesn't exist, probably just because it's a pain to go get a test done in real life and pay for it without insurance

Yes well to be completely honest I did pay just to make sure I am intelligent. I get quite frustrated at myself a lot of the days because sometimes I feel dumb, my contemporaries do say I’m smart but ehhh.

It’s more just self assurance I suppose, the test was not that much and I do live in a city so it was easier to get it where I am.

Although I'm not definitively intelligent like you I find myself being subject to comments about being smart as well, I'm not really bothered by them though, perhaps because I can't use the word contemporaries like you, in real life I don't have to live up to anything because I don't know anyone in person, just a question given your statements, would you say that the assurance is to keep up with the expectations of others regardless of personal opinion but by an allied definition?
