I'd say fixing hyperpigmentation around the eye area is kinda impossible but you could use frauding to cover it up.

why isn't that possible ? And yep i thought about concealers n shit but don't really know which one to chose tbh and I want to look the most natural as possible

You COULD try gluathatione but I'm purely speaking without knowledge, as for an concealer you could use BB Cream, personally I've used an mixture of volufiline and a few other ingredients so far my eye area is becoming more fattier and my dark circles are gone.
