First of all, do you have any jaw related issues?

If there's a single jaw related issue, esp upper jaw, it's unwise to get a rhino before getting that fixed.

For a genio it doesn't really matter.

You should spend the upcoming days morphing a nose on your own face that you like, do not leave it up to the surgeon.
