I got a trespass warning for sneaking into a middle school

Now I have a criminal record. If I am seen anywhere on campus again, I will go to jail for a year. I was reported and then flanked by officers with guns and then handcuffed. They thought I was gonna go ER. I know i made an idiot decision but idc anymore jfl.

No one really cares about me in highschool. When Im with middle school kids im not a dwarf who is also retarded and people actually think im cool. I thought I could make some friends. I wasnt worried about getting caught, and I dont care that much.

If you got handcuffed and released on scene it won't show on the criminal record as its a trespass warning.

But if you got your mugshot taken then it would be on the system and its best to figure out what is on your criminal record and have it expunged. First time offenses for minor cases especially one can get it expunged. Might cost a lost though as is the case in the legal system. A decent lawyer who can get it expunged you could look at 3-6k. Not sure if their is a way to just do it one self but my friend said a lawyer was needed at the time.

idk i think they keep their backpacks in lockers or some shit? then they carry like a binder or something to class. jfl if i just didnt wear a backpack I might not have been ever caught. also i think this was just temporary due to the shooitng in the elementaqry

Kids and teens would often go and play football in the nearest school yards, even if they didn't study there. Me and my friends would often go "urban exploring" - going on the roof tops or basements of various buildings, visiting tunnels, construction sites, abandoned factories or farms, etc. - there were usually no guards, no fences, no restrictions, no one stopped or thought it was weird that kids played wherever they wanted, but now it's a completely different thing: everything is fenced, there are guards and surveillance cameras everywhere, you aren't allowed to enter in many places unless you have business there and people will often call the police if you trespass - even kids have been detained by the police for jumping the fence of a school to play football in the yard, it's just madness!
