The studies that claimed isotretinoin stunted growth were conducted on people who took high dosages for sustained periods of time. 10mg is a low dosage.
Recent studies (though I'm not sure if they've been released yet) found that from a control-group of people who took isotretinoin and those did not, the people who took isotretinoin grew relatively taller.
I don't think it stunts growth at all, I'm not sure how it would. You'll be fine either way, but a 10mg dosage won't stunt you regardless of whether or not it is true.
