The GO8 has two jobs... educating Australians and making bank off international students. Anyone can get in if they want to. It is in no way shape or form comparable to the Ivy league, which is a hallowed group of extremely selective institutions dedicated to educating America's elite.

UK's Russell Group is far more similar to Australia's GO8 than it is to America's Ivy League... Don't fucking soil the Ivy name by comparing it to RG, I'll not have that. Oxbridge = Ivy league. Some courses in Imperial and LSE can compete with Ivy prestige... otherwise go fuck yourself faggot.
