I got an IP ban on Reddit

I got an IP ban on Reddit.

My account got banned for no reason, and on top of that, I got an ip ban. Every account i create also gets banned. I even sent an email, but they didn’t lift the ip ban. Every new account i open gets banned. I tried resetting my wifi, but still, all the accounts i create get banned. How is this possible? And how can I fix it?
