No one who is happy with themselves would get cosmetic surgery. And the reason people aren’t happy with themselves is cos they care too much about what others think

I do say this as someone who consulted a hair transplant surgeon tho and is probably getting SMP. But that’s only to increase density from previous transplants on a congenital bald spot. I think if you have scars, birth marks etc, then surgery can be fine. Not if you look normal and just want to “mog”
