no lol facial hair doesnt support the lips, it looks thin chapped and white.

hydrate, apply red vaseline, brush ur lips, exfoliate naturally (honey + sugar & toothbrush twice / daily, usually do it morning and night)

coconut oil OR red vaseline, beeswax/sunscreen & aloe-vera everyday. keep a portable red lip balm in ur pocket ALWAYS

unfortunately if ur lips are genetically thin not much ways other than surgery to fix, but u look young so how your face is defined now wont be the same until ur locked in at 25-30. until then max out as much as you can
