Is the hair loss permanent?

Most likely, it is genetic as my grandfather had it from ages 9-11 but he did recover. I’ve had it since 4 so its most likely permanent for me.

No as I believe they take hair from the back of your head and push it to the front. I believe the only possibility is steroids for my scalp but that wont happen for years

Get a hair system and prosthetic eyebrows. They can be extremely realistic and would multiply you quality of life by 100 so no copes about ‘muh unnatural’

Stop squinting it looks dumb. You have a small jaw asymmetrical face, very severe alopecia, and a large ethnic nose. The only way for you to become mtn is with somewhat extensive surgery’s. You’re low ltn now but with a rhinoplasty which is the most recommended surgery I could suggest to you could potentially become a mid ltn and with lefort you may reach high ltn assuming you cannot grow any of your hair back.
