bad diet and bad gut health, switch to something thats easier to digest such as some fruits or raw meat, especially raw organ meat, tho fruits with good fiber are enoughIts on my arm and this shit spreads so fuckin fast, its itchy as hell, im afraid it will reach my face or my body
