I got extremely bad diarrhea

I woke up after 1 hour of sleep and had the worst stomach pain of my life

then I went to the toilet and fucking exploded in it, the acid and force must have left some permanent marks in the ceramic

after that it wasnt over unfortunately, in regular periods of 5 minutes the pain comes back and i fill up my toilet again

im hurting so bad it literally feels like my intestines are turning themselves inside out

i feel like im shedding my skin from inside

The thing is just 5 weeks ago till now I was shitting the cleanest, most harmless, no wiper logs ever conceived by my asshole consistently thanks to clean balanced diet.
Now I’m back to incel diarrhea pheno, it is truly over for us diarrheacels.
