I finally got motivated enough to fight my urge to eat processed fried tenders and garbage timbits and I was doing well.

I bought steak, I was eating it everyday with eggs and been only drinking water and then at the familly dinner my familly told me that we was gonna eat restaurant. Ofc after earing that I was hoping on a diet they laughed and asked me what I wanted at the restaurant.

I ended up eating fucking fried tenders with seed oiled fries with fucking bread and now that I fucked again my microbiome I can finally see how subbed am I with my acnee and, inflamed nose and dry hair.

What the fuck did I do to not be allowed to improve ? It's fucking over and I never even began since I cannot even hop on a diet for one week before being force fed fucking jew food. It's over
