BAD NEWS: Doctors removed all my wisdom teeth and I had braces at a young age + I was a mouth breather my entire life. (How the fuck am I supposed to know that at 12? Currently 19.)

GOOD NEWS: I'm still way above average in terms of attractivity, my zygos are kinda popping, got a wide maxilla, good harmony, decent defined jaw etc.

BAD NEWS AGAIN: My health is fucked. I got TMJ, Lower back problems, Sleep problems, Mandible and maxilla possibly minimally recessed (not sure), Bad posture, and I kinda (minimally) got a mouth breather side profile when bad posture, a bit downgrown mandible.

What should I do? Hot as fuck but just a moderate mouth breather side profile + some recession + A few health problems.

Why you don't breathe from nose? Do you have swollen turbinates?

No they look normal. I used to mouth breath for 18-19 years, It's just a bad habit and I never learned it the correct way.

Currently full focusing on good tongue posture and nose breathing but still waking up breathing through the mouth. I'm really focusing hard on nose breathing.

I just want recommendations on how to bring foward the mandible and maxilla just a little bit. I think that's the right step. This should fix my TMJ, and together with good posture also the entire chain reaction of lower back pain etc.

Idk maybe there are implants to replace removed wisdom teeth?
Maybe good posture will do it's thing?
Some device that will slightly move maxilla forward and fix all health problems?

Any suggestions?
