I got fucked in a review. Utter bad luck

I just got fucked randomly. A senior wanted me to have a collaborative session on system design that we had to arrive at for a project

I'm not good with drawing so what I do is write the code for it on mermaid and then import it into excalidraw to make it more visually interesting and higher resolution. I did it weeks ago and forgot it existed in my browser cache

The senior was expecting me to open the excalidraw and start with a blank fresh page, and then we could brain storm the architecture together and as soon I opened there it was. My neatly and thoroughly sketched out diagram with labels and details.

Ready for production. He got angry and he accused me of wanting to steal credit and disparage his point of view and opinions. I genuinely didn't know what it was because I forgot about it entirely and he started throwing accusations at me and quit the call and after I realized what happened I sent him the above message which he dnrd. I should have cleared my browser tbh but the thought never occured to me.

On top of this his ego came in between how dare someone junior to me takes these decisions so he is angry at me and might complain about it to our manager or whatever.

I'm not too worried about it tho because our manager is Indian and he is very nice to me and will understand. Besides the system design architecture I sketched out is bullet proof anyway.
