i got gear fever at 16 2 weeks in

been taking test e 275mg a week so 75mg EOD and i havent pinned in 3 days and did 150mg yesterday to cover up the days i missed and i got extremely vivid dreams and was shiverjng cold asf last night and sweaty and now i have a fever of 38.5 degrees

My friend says my gear is pharmagrade cause he also uses it and we got it from some guy who takes it what do i do? and is it normal and will it go away because he also was sick for a day but fine now.

after taking the gear last night and when i went to bed i just start getting really sweaty and 3 extremly vivid clear dreams that i can remmeber and being really tired in the morning isnt from gear i mean i have al little lump on injection site but its not red or anything and both glutes sre warm not just 1
