Both, and gyno ruined my mental health cuz i had it when i was at middle school and i will get bullied because of it, it is a lot worse from the side

i used estrogen blockers already i spent 200 bucks on that shit for a year and a half it helped my i got a very advance gyno and estrogen blockers helped but my gyno never truly vanished
