Go on a bodybuilding forum, they usually run it for like 4-8 weeks iirc. You pin twice a day and the rule of thumb is 0.04-0.08mg/kg of bodyweight or smth like that. Double check though don't take my word for it.

Can't say for sure but I know some people stack both. I'd imagine it does, can't see why not.
