23 years old. I got it in Germany. It cost me 60k Euro after everything. As soon as I finished college, I used my crypto money to hop on a plane to Europe so I could get this. I went to the Betz Institute.

Original height 164.5cm - 5'5 inches
Desired height 172.5 - 5'8 inches
8cm increase in total or 3.14 inches.

I will also wear lifts on top of it, so I can look even taller. I've been wearing lifts ever since college, but they barely brought me to 5'7. Now I will be 5'8 naturally and the lifts will bring me to 5'10, which will allow me to be seen as an average sized man for the first time in my life.

The method I'm using is an internal nail that allowed me to walk on the first day after surgery. Each day I do a certain movement that increases by height my a tiny amount so I can gradually get taller while maintaining function as I walk around everyday to get around life. I have already increased to 169.63cm. So already over 5cm. I do regular stretches and physical therapy to accompany the treatment. I stayed in the hospital 4 days, stayed 10 days in their clinic hotel and then returned home after just 2 weeks in Germany.

Now it's already been a bit over 3 months since I got the surgery and I feel normal. When outside, climbing stairs or for long distances I will use my crutches. Otherwise, if I'm at home or at a restaurant just walking around to the kitchen, or bathroom I go without crutches, though slowly and with my legs kinda open a bit like a cowboy lol. It's getting better each day. In a couple of months I will finish increasing my height. After that, I will continue physio for some more time and I will quickly go back to walking normally.

A year in the future, I will be able to finally remove the internal nails from my legs, even though by then I'll already be walking normally for months. Once removed, after a swift recovery this time around, I will be able to go back to running at full speed and participating in impact sports.

Any other questions?

Not recommended at my current stage, I'm pretty sure I could do a little jump, but it would hurt.

will you ever be able to run again?
Yes, 100%. Not sure if it'll be exactly as fast as before, but should be a very small difference if any once I fully recover get and used to it. Though I was never a track star anyways, so even if I lost 15% of my total speed (very unlikely) It'd still be totally worth it.

is taking hgh useful for recovery?
do you think you will be walking indistinguishable from normal people within like 3 months?
Did you do it on both bones or only on femur/tibia?

goodluck with recovery

Have you noticed any difference in how you're treated?

how much does it hurt?

Would you consider getting it twice if it didn't hurt too much?

Logically, it would be, but i am not taking it as the doctor didn't give me. They gave me some multivitamins, calcium supplements, pain killers and muscle relaxants that I'm taking daily.

that's the idea. I believe that i will, if not 3, then in 4 months for sure.

damn that's a basic ass thing i forgot to put on the OP lol. I'm only doing Femur. Tibia is a lot more complicated and allows for less growth.

he hasn't even finished the lenghtening and still walks with crutches, you'd have to wait for full recovery for different treatment tbh,

unless you LARP that you had a leg accident so you get pity sex + you are taller so foids are even more likely to sleep with you

Are calcium supps not toxic in pill form, try real food and you need vit k to synthetize with calcium to repair bones

People are nicer to me. Though that may be because they think im a cripple when they see my crutches.
how much does it hurt?
In the beginning it hurt a lot, but it was always bearable. Significantly chiller than a bad headache tbh. now i barely experience any pain.

no. i will be satisfied with my height. it won't be much, i know, but it will be enough me. i also prioritize function and its not great to get both segments done.

Should of gotten 4 inches on femur. A little push would of taken you an easy average height of 5’9

I can still do that. I control how much I increase. Nothing stops me from continuing growing as much as I want, I'm the one who does the movement on my leg to make it extend. But I don't wanna obsess over passing a certain number, in real life this won't make much difference, health is a priority. Its important to have restraint.

it is what it is. Some are born with everything, others have to do it all to barely reach the surface. I am happy that I am doing what I can with the hand I've got. It can always be better and it can always be worse. While looksmaxing, you should only compare yourself with where you started.

5’8* and then lifts. My other features aren’t so bad also
I mean if i were kissing and dating in school u got it better than me even with height
Good luck

average sized man
This will depend on other variables. manletism is a function of height, and frame. If you are 5'10 but have small appendages (hands, feet, head, thin bones) u will be seen as bellow average size...

I think it won't impact long distance running that Much once you Have recovered. Can probably forget about sub 400m sprint world Records thoughts, though 99.999% of people never had Any to Begin with

from my point of view it doesn't make sense to do it at that height. height is something that is only worth messing with if its an actual death sentence for you. In your case, it is just a little detrimental. you're gonna have a better ROI focusing on improving other areas.
