from age 5 when a girl (yes a girl who was twice my size) beat me up, all the way to high school. one of the worst times was when i got beaten with chairs by a group of boys when i was 12.

then in uni i did not get physically bullied but the mental bullying/gaslighting was even worse and even got campus security and police called on me for not doing anything wrong, just because im ugly.

Plus they spread nasty gossips (even made up ones) to damage your reputation or to ruin your relationship with other co-workers.
