My maxilla is further down and gums showing slightly theeth are down (incisors)

I did thumbpulling I don’t think I caused this with that

I don’t know maybe I did thumbpulling 1-3
My orthodontist uses braces on the lower and he wants to give invisaligner soon
But few days ago i noticed something is different my maxilla is longer
