I recommend it to anyone
5'10 barefoot, I can put the base (1 inch) into my nike air max 90 which makes me easy 6'0
for my regular boots i put the base+1 segment which makes me a bit above 6'0
Now I just need a beard

I'd also try AF1's and Yeezy boosts to change things up. They both add 1.2 inches. I use those.
