What do? I wanna paint my marines to be ultramarines btw. I've already put most of my marine pieces together and I'm just tryna put these stupid bikes together, hurting my fingers.

uh, thats from 2000 i just looked it up. I hear that back then they didnt give a fuck about making good books it was just a meme to them. Dan Abnett and a a bunch of other writers are doing damage control for the ridiculous shit that was published back then. Maybe thats why you cant read it, its just shit writing. Try an Abnett novel and see if it grips you more.

i was always super skeptical, it seemed cringe af ngl, you know, tabletop autism and shit
but then i saw Astartes on YT and got hooked on the lore videos. I also loved the idea of titans.
So I printed "titanicus" out at work and read it (didnt want to pay for actual book kek).
