idk how much literature there is on dairy and acne but I feel like consuming lots of dairy causes acne

Of course. It is true. Milk increases IGF-1 since it has a growth factor. This will cause the glands to go grazy and produce too much oil which will lead to acne then.

There is scientific evidence and I can confirm that it is true. When I drink raw A2 milk, I really love it unfortunately, my face will be an oily mess for at least a week and I get acne
