An old man in my building has died and was taking protein supplements from a pharmacy, a very high quality isolate. His daughter who lived with him gave me and my brother that protein. She was even going to throw away an already-opened bottle and I told her it wasn't necessary, that she should just give it to us. I haven't gone to train today, but tomorrow I'll take the protein that someone who has died was going to take. I hope I don't get any curse.
