I got ragebaited by Reddit so hard yesterday ragebait appeared in my dreams and ruined my morning too

HOLY SHIT MAN. Woke up angry. Like yesterday being completely ruined wasn't enough.

Went on Reddit first time in 3-4 months, accidentally clicked home screen and got ragebaited by some idiot.

Somehow this keeps happening to me once every few weeks. FOMO drives me to check 'what's up' on Reddit or Youtube in incognito mode or Twitter and BOOM! RAGEBAIT!

All of the internet is just ragebait baits now. You never know what kind of profound stupidity you're gonna discover that's gonna ruin your calm mind and even bother you in your dream...

It's insanely angry political copers spewing their hatred out in the most illogical of ways.
Terrible people. They all also have 'Just-world fallacy' for people they dislike suffering, but complete victim mindset for people they like.

I remember it used to be less bad, but all the normie conservatives and even normal left leaning people left social medias or moves to less toxic ones, resulting in Reddit becoming virtue signaling, low iq, cult-like, angry place.

I'm natty and my dreams are still constant nightmares. Every other night I also get that 'falling in void' dream.
Working on improving LMS and hope dreams get better as cortisol decreases.
