I apply castor oil daily too on my eyelashes. I'm doing minox and already seeing some results on eyebrows. All i can do is to wait for some puberty gains in my bones. Train neck if you need it, i went from a small twink neck to a decent sized neck in 1 month and half, without weights and i can still increase rep.
