I know my chin and maxilla are horrible but I wanted to get this out of the way first, I’m only 1 month post op with thick skin so I’m still swollen significantly, the tip will drop so it won’t be upturned, did I ask for the right things?

Should be better over time, there’s a lot of tip/supratip swelling, same with the radix

Tip is more bulbous since that’s where most of the swelling is rn, I have thick skin so it holds for longer, my old front profile had a drooping tip and it was noticeable. The entire nose is wider than it will be in the end, swelling takes quite a long time ngl

Its a good rhino but you needed trimax first.

Also you needed cartilage graft for straight nose. Will do morph in 5 sec

Looks good but your glabella abit over shaved looks abit flat but u got the best for your circumstance

Tbh the only things I’m bothered by is
1. How far behind the radix is compared to glabella, should be a bit further back than it is rn after swelling is gone but idk if it’ll be enoigh
2. The nasofacial angle being too flat (small) once the tip swelling leaves in the supratip

Went into the surgery with way less knowledge than I have rn so idk if these things are even deep tbh might just be overthinking it

Mirin , i’ll undergo the same surgery in a month
