Yeah pretty sure you can but I’d say to do it separately, really important to get the best possible surgeon for rhino especially if u have thick skin

If u found a good one who does both it’s possible but u’d have to talk it out with them, also just assumed u hadn’t found a surgeon to do both yet, most reputable rhino surgeons tend to only do rhino

Ye ngl asked my surgeon he said I can start it by now, but private derma is expensive and nhs has long wait times so I’ll have to wait a while unless I can find a good site like aipct but cheaper

That's fair enough. Your procedure was def a great improvement, and I can only imagine it'll look better once that swelling finally subsides.

The mental battle is certainly a tough one, though; I'm in a somewhat similar position.

yeah I think when school starts ill probably realise its not that deep, nothing could've prepared me for it tbh. What did u get ?

I haven't gotten anything serious yet, just soft-maxxes like finasteride, tretinoin, and cutting down to 10% bf. My journey has only just begun haha.

I just got some teeth pulled (wisdoms + a lower pre-molar), and then I'll get braces once I've healed from that in preparation for bimax + genio. I also plan to get a canthopexy (or canthoplasty, not sure yet) to fix a mild asymmetry in my eye area soft tissue, but I'm still trying to figure out when I should get it to so my life won't be disrupted. I'm just out of uni, so will have to accumulate some annual leave or something from work.

I plan to post about it all when I get it (if it goes well ).

Sounds like a lot, just make sure you're prepared for it, anything could bother u even if the result is completely fine. Tbh I thought I'd finally stop caring as much once I got this but only fell into a constant loop of overthinking, I wish u the best man hope it all goes well

It isn’t actually sloped, the mid dorsum heals faster than supratip and radix, so since their swelling overwhelms the bridge, it looks like a dip, since so much work was done in my case and my deviated septum was straightened + young age + thick skin the initial swelling is really bad. And the radix transition looks rounded because of the swelling too

yes never said it was a bad rhino though i dislike that nose shape. Sharp nose mogs.
i am saying he should have done trimax with implants then do rhino after.

i will do this, i have hooked nose too and my issue is that the top of my nose (near browridge) isnt projected enough, in don't want a goofy aah sloped nose so i will see what can be done with my surgeon

I did somewhere in this thread, but it’s way too early for the definition to show from the front, swelling takes up to a year to be mostly gone, so right now it’s still gonna look a bit bulbous and no bridge definition

Maybe the droopiness but the old one started almost at the glabella and way too projected forwards, the hump wouldn’t go away either

He only used a collumellar strut graft for my tip support it moves really normally, although stiff now because of the swelling

my surgeon’s cut the dsn resulting in a longer philtrum and potentially no longer droopy tip when i move my mouth, which is fine in my case as my philtrum used to be on the shorter end .

I’m only on day 4 , so it’s too early to tell .

I asked for a straight nose with slender bridge that widens as you approach the tip, along with a subtle upturned tip.
I also gave him permission to do whatever he deems most fitting of my facial harmony .
