Could dermarolling work?

I have been using tretinoin 0.5 for more than 3 years and it didn't help me with with scars , maybe it lessened some hyperpigmentation and gave me a better glow.

So worth it in the long run but not an all encompassing solution

If my derma wont prescribe me Tretinoin I will ask her if she atleast prescribes me this.

Need the scoliosis threat asap

Damn good job ngl

This is great news, but I'm telling you boys right now tazoretene 0.1% mogs adapelene 0.3% to oblivion when it comes to macular and atrophic acne scars.

May buy it ngl but what separates it from retin-a?

Sources or rope.

Sorry for necroposting @Lorsss but I need to bump this thread
did you notice any side effects during the initial stages of treatment and also did you also have that "purging" stage.
I used the exact same brand as you and I am getting some pretty worrying sides imo even though I am days in.

Where you bought it? I'll ask my doctor for a prescription i guess

some people like me are more sensitive to retinoids. This means you have to apply it not more than three times a week, otherwise you will get side effects like flushed dry skin

My skin was red irritated and it felt super tight like when I opened my mouth it felt as if my cheeks were gonna rip.
I’ll try your advice thanks

How does this stuff compare to the holy tret?

Its a weaker retinoid.
I've been using adapalene for 6 months and just like op most of my acne scars faded away. I feel like the first 2-3 months of treatment were more aggressive for the skin i.e. more peeling, skin feels tighter. Maybe it's time to upgrade to tret.

Adapalene did nothing for my atrophic scars. Tretinoin has made a difference though. Only 2 months on 0.05% and it has faded them 80%. Would be crazy if this miracle cream actually 100% faded deep pitted scars.

80% improvement is crazy result for 2 months. were they new?
consider microneedling once a week and subcision for maxing out.

what type of scars?

Nah, they were the legacy of breakouts I had 5 years ago. I have mostly rolling scars.
