I got scammed by an Indian

So I was looking for a place to rent out in my university town and my friends ditched on me so I was completely solo.

My university is like a 2 hour drive so my parents didn’t want to take me here for house touring the summer and I was late for finding a place.

So my mom found this place online owned by a Punjabi guy and the room and place looked amazing over pictures. The room looked big, the kitchen was newly renovated and so were the bathroom.

We booked the place online without checking and the owner was very nice over the phone too so we didn’t think much of it.

Now here comes today, we just drove out here to drop me off and the place is a stinking pile of shit. The room is much smaller than what was originally proposed, there are 8 jeets living in the house and this shit is fucking nasty. The bathroom looks worse than a prisons, there’s mold all over the ceiling and they don’t have a fucking exhaust. The curtains are dirty, the shower head is dirty and there are shit stains on the fucking seat.

Now the fucking kitchen don’t even get me started, there’s dishes all over, the fucking stove has food stains on it and the floor is sticky. The refrigerator is nasty, they straight up put pans in it, didn’t even bother emptying anything into containers.

I’m so fucking pissed, I wish I had friends I could have just rented with but they bailed out on me last second.

I’m gonna now have to look for a new place that I can move into next month or in November, it’s gonna be fucking painful because all the places close to my university have been booked.
