I got some redness beside my nostrils wtf do i do

I mean its not itchy or irritated or anything bad it's just there on both my nostrils anybody got any tips

I had it for like two years + with zero side effects i cleanse daily with some random supermarket cleanser cuz i dont got any actually high quality ones around and i usually avoid being harsh on that area when cleaning but i had it before i started doing skincare
