maybe one of those meme supplements im taking actually worked?
 
If you don't have much experience with lifting or you took a long break from lifting and lost strength and then regained it after lifting again, that's normal. Even on a calorie deficit.

Normally its expected to lose some strength on a cut. Especially if you've really cut back on carbs. Because your body is depleted of glycogen. Lately on my cut (I was 158 lbs January 8th and now I'm 147 lbs. I'm a 167cm turbo manlet) I've been eating less ground beef and sausage and more skinless chicken breast. This frees up more room for carbs in my macros.
