It’s fucking 4;42 am and everytime I close my eyes that one part of the song plays in my head so fucking loudly I don’t know why I think it’s my tism

I’ve been listening to asmr since 2018, I need it to sleep everysingle night but it’s kinda rare if I put mommy asmr. I deadass have cullus in my ears from the AirPods

Speaking makes me focus on what they are saying too much and since it’s not all that deep I try to make as much Sense of what they are saying then god down a weird rabbit hole of thoughts so I sick to non talking stuff

i usually only listen when im going to sleep so i can fall asleep quicker with some random f4m degen shit made the night a bit better and made me sleep also since i was just drifting off anyways with my eyes closed
