gonna wait till i get my next paycheque then buy proper groceries so I can eat proper food to maximize the usage of it.

my friend had one from this company that got shut down in july of 2025 because they got seized by the government (might be a bit sketch im a lil scared) but he only ever cycled it for a week so who knows LOL

also should i supplement withother things such as berberine etc..?

You don't need berberine but it's nice to have it on hand especially if your prone to diabetes.

oh word, i dont think my family has history with diabetes, my grandpa had a stroke in his mid 20s out of seemingly nowhere but thats the only thing i could think of

Update since you started taking it?

was on for a month gained 11lbs (mostly water weight) bloated me a bit but i retained 7 pounds and my bench went up 20 pounds so i’d say it was worth it. i’ve been off for a couple weeks and i now stay steady +5 to 7 pounds since the day i stopped
