So I just made a thread about having a T test tomorrow. However, I got the result of my Testosterone total test today tbh and I just wanted to see what the results of other guys were may be to cope, I don't know.

As a sex and porn addict with a very high sex drive, I was expecting to get at least decent results but guess horniness is not related to testosterone. I must say that its ogre tbh. I really need to boost my T-levels naturally. I would do whatever it takes. Need advice @Nibba @Intel.Imperitive @Tricky and any other guys who have an idea about this.

I just went to a Pathology lab for a STD test and thought I should do a Testosterone test too since was curious. Got the reports on mail today morning.

I have accumulated fat lately, I was skinny earlier then I gymcelled and reached decent body fat levels (I mean around 15, nothing stellar). But in the last year I have not exercised or paid attention to my diet at all. And lately I am too busy with office work. The result is accumulating body fat.

Also try getting lower than 15, around 12, this will also make your face look better.

Yeah, my aim is to hit that mark. Thing is that I have my orthognathic surgery and genioplasty at the end of the year, and so I have been thinking that I will start to looksmaxx once the surgery finishes. I was thinking that in the meantime I could focus on careermaxxing and with the surgery I will get the additional motivation to improve everything. That was the reason I was stalling bodymaxxing, skinmaxxing etc

You could use some of that at 25% bodyfat. Since you say the surgeries are at the end of the year focus on making these months count, become very strict with your diet and go crazy in the gym.

Your next step is to speak with your doctor. Let him know that you're concerned about the test results, and ask about TRT. He may recommend that you change your diet and lifestyle before going on TRT, or he may prescribe you a dosage.

In the time being, don't freak out. You're going to feel like everything bad that happens is linked to low T. Didn't get enough sleep last night? Your fatigue was caused by Low T. You get the idea.

I think you'll reach levels of 800 if you exercise, dietmax and sleepmax.

Losing body fat is going to be really helpful but I am waiting for my orthongathic surgery at the end of the year since it would involve loss of weight. Idk Im quite skeptical of that example. Its only 1 example too. Most studies/reports I've seen show maximum natural increases of about 200 or less. Tbf I could be wrong tho ya never know
