i got to work on my social skills do you have any advice?

I don't have any mental illnesses or disorders or at least I don't think I do I'm pretty sure I'm NT but since I didn't talk to people often growing up other than my family so my social skills and confidence is shit so even if I ascended I wouldn't be able to use my looks fully to my advantage so how can I improve it I hate starting conversations with people.
